We are hiring for Full Stack Developer to be part of our Blackmores AI Health Lab.
The Blackmores AI Health Lab is a greenfield initiative aimed at leveraging advanced AI to drive innovation, personalize health experiences, and support evidence-based decision-making. The Full-stack developer will be responsible for developing backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, and supporting programs that deliver predictive, generative, and agentic AI capabilities to users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, usability, and performance of AI-powered applications.
A pragmatic builder, you will translate AI prototypes into production-grade applications, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. implement the models and generative and agentic systems required to deliver those outcomes.
This role reports to our AI Principal Lead and will be expected to work out from either our Surry Hills or Warriewood Office three times and two days from home weekly.
Responsibilities include:
Technical Execution: Build and maintain backend services, frontend interfaces, webapp development and APIs for AI applications.
Infrastructure & Automation: Implement CI/CD workflows and containerized environments for application deployment.
Collaboration: Partner with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate AI models into usable applications.
Solution Orientation: Apply Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and agile principles to rapidly iterate and deliver functional AI-powered applications.
Mentorship: Support junior engineers and cross-functional teams in best practices for software development.

Who are you?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 3–5 years of work experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications using GCP Vertex AI, Python, Snowflake, CI/CD with GitHub Enterprise, and experience with generative and agentic frameworks, RAG, predictive modeling, and possessing graph knowledge bases and ontologies.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub), and cloud-native deployment tools.
Proven ability to work in agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with a commitment to building scalable, reliable, and compliant software
