About the OpportunityA rare and exciting opportunity based our Brisbane Parcel Facility in Redbank as an Asset Specialist in Network Operations Support Services.In this role, reporting directly to the Support Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal part in the success of our processing network, ensuring the smooth operation of automation equipment.This role has a rotating roster with 2 out of 6 weeks potentially working a 7am – 4pm shift with on call element post 4pm. If called in, 10hr strat break is applied.The other 4 weeks standard business hours with hybrid work opportunity.Salary of $120,968 + penalties + OT + on call allowance and 12% super and other benefitsWhat You'll Deliver with UsUndertake specialised knowledge transfer activities and project work related to plant and equipment. Success in this role involves actively participating in support, planning, implementation, and management for a range of systems, contributing to the efficiency processing sites locally and state-wide.You'll AlsoBe part of a specialised 24/7 support team to support the sites through Incident, Change and Problem management.Deploy and manage complex Automation and IT Capital projects. Provide expert advice and input to the development and review of equipment support plans, technical documentation and other dataLead, manage, and coordinate remote work with state-based technicians, vendors, and 3rd parties.Develop and Deliver knowledge articles and coaching topics to uplift the capability of our onsite technical staff, this includes travelling to multiple sites within state.Manage assigned tasks in Service Now, including incidents, problem tickets, and change requests.About YouAs a valued member of the Support Services team, we are looking for employees who thrive in a collaborative environment, can manage competing priorities, and is committed to safety, wellbeing, and customer-centric activities.
