The role oversees the complete contract lifecycle—from creation, review, negotiation, and execution to renewal or termination. The role ensures contracts comply with legal, policy, and business requirements while minimizing risk and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities include contract drafting support, performance tracking, and maintaining records in the CLM system. The role also supports the implementation and governance of the CLM platform to improve visibility, compliance, and process optimization across the organization.
