Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Global Leader of Learning & Development to drive impactful learning strategies across the organization. This role will partner with leaders at all levels to identify, design, and lead training and educational programs that reflect TAPI’s values and strategic priorities. By building trusted relationships across the business, this leader will ensure a deep understanding of organizational needs and deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves aligning global, regional, and local talent management initiatives to integrate employee learning, leadership development, and professional growth where needed—cultivating a culture of continuous development and excellence.

📅 How You’ll Spend Your Day:

  • Partner closely with leadership to design and deliver impactful training content, leveraging both internal resources and external training vendors. Selects appropriate training mediums tailored to content and audience needs.

  • Engage internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide unique, experience-driven learning opportunities that enhance organizational knowledge.

  • Continuously assess learning and development needs across all teams and levels, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Manage, monitor, and evaluate L&D programs to measure effectiveness, impact, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate across People functions, including Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI), Talent Acquisition, and others, to build inclusive and comprehensive learning strategies.

  • Develop and implement a competency model in partnership with organizational leaders to support performance reviews, succession planning, and long-term talent development.

  • Ensure a robust onboarding experience by integrating essential and optimized learning content, and regularly communicate relevant L&D updates to leaders and employees.

  • Oversee the department’s budget, ensuring expenditures align with current needs and future growth plans for the learning and development function.

🧠 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

The ideal candidate brings:

  • Proven expertise in group facilitation, coaching, and leading teams and organizations through performance enhancement strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience in change management, culture integration, leadership development, and succession planning.

  • Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.

  • Deep knowledge of learning and development methodologies, including the design and implementation of on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring programs.

  • Hands-on experience in deploying virtual and remote learning solutions to support global and distributed teams.

  • Familiarity with third-party learning platforms and tools, such as LinkedIn Learning, and expertise in enterprise-level LMS deployment and implementation.

  • A solid background in designing and scaling learning and development programs focused on diversity and inclusion, employee experience, and talent development, leveraging best-in-class learning technologies.

Qualifications:

🎓 Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or PG degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field - 12+ years of experience in adult professional training and education & 5+ years of management experience in designing individual, team, and organizational learning programs.
