Responsibilities
- Partner with the Technical Recruiting Lead to drive the full cycle recruitment strategy and results
- Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies - including driving a recruitment plan which is geared at building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking, and direct sourcing
- Utilize strategic advising and influencing skills; demonstrate staffing expertise and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a highly engaging candidate experience
- Serve as the talent specialist on critical recruiting initiatives – craft and implement sourcing and pipeline strategy.
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with technical and non-technical organizations
- Proven experience and passion toward targeting Niche talent skillsets; ability to creatively find top talent using advanced search techniques, passive sourcing, social media, personal network, referrals, and the internet
- Full-cycle Hiring and strong sourcing experience is required with a proven ability to attract, recruit and close
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) usage, and internet candidate search techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required; ability to effectively communicate at various levels of the management chain
