Job Description:Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for a data-savvy individual to join the HR Operations team, reporting into the Head of HR Global Client Delivery India. To be successful in this commercially driven and pacey environment you will need to be a real self-starter, proactive with a high level of resilience.
As HR Operations Officer, you will provide HR operational and administrative support to the business and be the point of contact and SME in relation to HR administration. Your key goals will be to administer contracts and letters accurately; to create an awesome IQ-EQ employee experience and to support the HR team, managers and employees in all People practices. You will also be involved in HRIS administration entering people data in our people systems and provide general support to the HR team.
You are the #1 point of contact for all HR administrative and transactional related questions from employees and managers in Hyderabad.
Tasks:
• Contribute to an excellent employee onboarding experience including the coordination of the new joiners onboarding programme
• Provide employees with employment contracts and other documents
• Respond to HR queries of employees and managers
• Ensure accurate, proactive, and timely recording of data in our people systems
• Maintain and update the local HR policies, processes and procedures
• Joiner and leaver support including access management
• Manage all processes around employee benefits and provide payroll support
• Provide line managers / employees users with HR support, training where required and guidance on best HR practices
• Provide support on HR projects
• Delivery of regular/ ad hoc reporting and data requirements

Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources
• Demonstrated experience working on HR systems
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a Team
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work in a knowledgeable and logical way
• High level of people skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
