Hybrid Technical Success Manager (Systems Administrator) bei Denali Tek

As a Technical Success Manager (TSM), you’ll be the trusted advisor and technical backbone for our clients. You’ll balance hands-on system administration with strategic technology guidance, keeping environments secure, reliable, and future-proof.

What You’ll Do

• Turn our clients into raving fans by building trust and rapport.

• Act as the primary technical expert for assigned client environments.
• Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize systems to prevent downtime and improve performance.
• Serve as a go-to resource for escalated issues, solving problems with speed and precision.
• Collaborate with vCIO to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Standardize and document processes, ensuring clients receive consistent, world-class support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of success in system administration, IT operations, or MSP support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365/Azure, networking, and virtualization.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and environments without dropping the ball.
• A proactive mindset! You don’t just react, you anticipate.
• Clear communication skills (you can explain technical things to non-technical people).
• Failure isn't an option mindset.
