Do you have a passion for promoting services and member engagement? We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to assist in advertising, promoting, and engaging the community regarding the various products and services available with All In Credit Union. 

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will increase the acquisition of memberships and member awareness concerning Credit Union products and services. Support the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials. Assist in the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials. Work with other Marketing Specialist on reports and recommendations to management and assists with the development plans for marketing.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provides substantive support to assist with marketing and sales planning to increase market share.

    Contributes to the development of marketing strategies through active participation in team discussions about marketing projects and providing recommendations and insights that will enhance marketing strategies. 

    Assists with the creation of advertising, product and service promotions, coordination of ad placement and printing of collateral materials.

    Develops and maintains advertising content on the credit union's website, online banking and mobile app platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

    Interacts regularly with various media, creative agencies and marketing support vendors to build and foster relationships and ensure internal goals are met.

    Positively promotes the Credit Union at public events and works with vendors and sponsors to maintain positive relationships.

    Supervise the credit union’s online reputation, actively monitoring social media channels, and online reputation and review management platform. Respond thoughtfully to comments and reviews, ensuring a positive online presence.

    Coordinates member surveys and review process. Interacts with members to research member needs. Analyzes member feedback, and reports on results.

    Takes advantage of all training opportunities to advance knowledge about the Credit Union and its operations.

    Assists with the development of electronic copy and graphics for marketing initiatives and campaigns.

    Supports tracking and reporting of campaign effectiveness, member behavior and trends, web analytics and other marketing metrics as needed. 

    Ensures maximum productivity and efficiency while developing marketing materials and creative collateral to ensure adherence to deadlines, project timelines, and other key dates.

    Develops reels, shorts, and other multimedia content to elevate the credit union’s online presence and increase audience engagement.

    Utilizes marketing email and ticket platform, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Google Analytics, and other key marketing and business software to build communications, graphics, reports, and other content.

    Ensures the delivery of all products and services within established timeframes.

    Has knowledge or is willing to learn Adobe Creative Suite and digital advertising.

    Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

Experience: One year to two years of similar or related experience.

Education: Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).

Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.  Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.  Work may involve motivating, influencing or training others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.

Other Skills: Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance and be able to assist members with questions concerning BSA. Complete yearly training.
