Hybrid Delivery Coordinator bei Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville

A delivery coordinator provides customer service and training to clients who have purchased products from a company. As a delivery coordinator, your job duties are to check orders for accuracy, process them, and ensure the timely delivery of products. 

Responsibilities:

•    Works with the business office to ensure the customer has a complete and proper delivery.

•    Works with dealership departments and outside vendors to handle any installations that are necessary.

•    Ensures all customers received a comprehensive explanation of the factory/dealer warranties.

•    Ensures all customers have completed delivery check sheet and are completely satisfied.

•    Works with the reconditioning department to ensure every delivery is properly cleaned and ready on time.

•    Verifies that all sales documentation and related paperwork has been correctly and fully completed.

•    Coordinates delivery of vehicles to customers, providing tour of dealership facilities and introducing customer to appropriate dealership personnel including service manager or available service advisor.

•    Supervises delivery preparation of all sold vehicles ensuring that purchased options have been properly installed and that all features are fully operational
