Hybrid Production Operator - Wax Assembler bei Lincotek Medical

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

The primary functions include performing wax pattern assembly operation

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the Major Responsibilities, including the following:

• Clean wax patterns to required standards.
• Assemble engineering, prototype, and production molds per verbal and written instructions.
• Ensure continuous housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Pre-wash both spin-cast and air-cast mold assemblies.
• Ability to use all metrology hand tools, and height gages.
• Works overtime as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED. Wax assembly experience preferred, but not required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, operating instructions, work instructions, customer supplied procedures, and routers.

REASONING ABILITY:

• Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technique cards and or technical instructions in running wax molding machines.
