A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Undergraduate Intern / Co-op Program at IT, you will partner with IT Delivery to assist with ServiceNow (SNOW) configuration, dashboard creation, and reporting tools to improve team efficiency and visibility. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager Enhancements & Support.

Undergraduate Intern / Co-op Program Overview-

• Fall 2025 intern/co-op within a functional area of MKS Instruments that provides students a comprehensive and engaging experience from before your program starts to after the program ends.
• Meaningful work and project assignments

Principal Responsibilities:                                                                                

• Configure ServiceNow to streamline administrative processes and enhance team productivity
• Develop and maintain SNOW dashboards to provide real-time insights into project status and performance
• Create reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or other business intelligence platforms
• Generate burndown charts and other project management visuals to track progress
• Assist in training employees on SNOW features and best practices
• Support the enhancement delivery team with data analysis and reporting needs
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement
• Travel Requirements: Up to [0] % of Travel is required.

Required Skills:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
• Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Competencies:

• Experience with ServiceNow administration or development
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
