Hamilton Island Golf Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our premium dining venue. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. You’ll assist with staff training, compliance, stock control and roster management, while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Where you’ll make an impact:

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and decision-making
• Leading, mentoring and motivating the front-of-house team
• Maintaining exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
• Managing stock control, ordering and rostering
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing requirements

You’re a driven hospitality professional with proven leadership experience, ready to take the next step in your career. You thrive in a dynamic environment, are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, and have the flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous leadership experience in a similar hospitality role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering premium customer experiences
• Strong bar & barista experience
• QLD or Nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
