Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in customer service.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and technology.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
