As an Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (RN - Registered Nurse), you will:
* Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel performance
* Actively participate in Quality Assurance and ensure Infection Control programs
* Ensure customer service standards are being met within the nursing department and policy and procedures
* Implement any new resident care programs or expansion of existing services policies and procedures
* Provide orientation for the nursing department and in-service training for employees

 

Qualifications for an Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (RN - Registered Nurse):
* Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
* Current CPR Certification
* Previous managerial experience (preferred)
* Excellent clinical, customer service and leadership skills.
