Hybrid Expert, Maintenance (Ekamas Fortuna Mill, Jawa Timur, Indonesia) bei Ekamas Fortuna Mill

Job Description:

• Control maintenance cost by maximizing spare part lifetime through preventive maintenance and modification, spare part substitution and self-manufacturing
• Forecast plan and implement maintenance & repair strategy covering mechanical, electrical & instrument to support continuity of production
• Execute implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, Continuous Improvement, etc) to make business sustainable and continuously improve
• Conduct business process performance analysis and lead improvement/automation action plan business operation excellence
• Organize energy and steam consumption of machine operation and improve its performance to achieve low carbon emission

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Have at least 10 years experience in electrical, Instrumentation Maintenance
• Have maintenance & repair strategy and implementation
• Familiar with manufacturing concept and process, Cost Optimization and Production Efficiency
• Placement in Malang, East Java
