Winning Smiles is seeking a highly motivated, patient-focused General Dentist to join our established and growing practice in Amherst. With a supportive clinical and administrative team, a strong patient base, and the latest in dental technology, you’ll be set up for clinical success and long-term career growth.

Practice Snapshot

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 7:45 AM–1:00 PM
• Team: 2 General Dentists, 1 Pediatric Dentist, 3 Adult Hygienists, 4 Pediatric Hygienists
• Support: In-house Ortho, 6 Dental Assistants
• Operatories: 12
• Technology: PrimeScan, Itero, SprintRay (3D printer), Overjet Dental AI, Nomad X-rays, Pano
• Payer Mix: PPO / FFS
• Compensation: Daily Guarantee starting at $900, 35% of Net Production | Avg Daily Production: $4–5K

Clinical Skill Set Preferred

Candidates should be comfortable providing full-scope general dentistry including:

• Molar Endodontics
• Surgical Extractions including 3rd Molars
• Implant Placement and Restoration
• Fixed & Removable Prosthodontics (Crown, Bridge, Dentures)
• Comprehensive Restorative Care

• Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. Dental School
• Active or eligible dental license in the state of New York
• Minimum one (1) year general dentist practice experience OR Completion of a General Practice Residency (GPR)/Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) will be considered.
