Management Level:
P2- Dive into every business sector of the location and gain hands-on experience.
- Learn about the positions, equipment, and materials involved in each production process.
- Build strong relationships with hourly team members and shadow production supervisors.
- Assist supervisors and managers, contributing to real-time operations.
- Receive specialized, hands-on training in a specific area.
- Prepare for final placement into a leadership role, making a tangible impact.
- Master all aspects of the production facility by working directly with team members in each rotation.
- Ensure a safe working environment and timely production of high-quality products.
- Monitor and optimize area operations to maintain peak capacity and standards.
- Identify and resolve production process issues efficiently.
- Ensure resources are available to meet production schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
- Proactively address and mitigate delays in shift operations.
- Understand the interactions between various departments such as Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Health and Safety, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, and Production.
- Be prepared to relocate for permanent placement, embracing new opportunities.
- A degree is required, and candidates must have graduated with their bachelor’s degree or higher within the past 3 years. August 2026 Graduates will be considered.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to various roles within the facility.
- Meat Judging, Meat Cutting, Animal Processing, Agricultural Leadership experience (preferred)
- This position may be assigned to either 1st or 2nd shift. Candidates must be willing to work both shifts and weekends.
- Tyson Foods will offer relocation assistance if the candidate is further than 50 miles from the facility.
