Summary of Role:
This Sr Analyst role is a key part of the Strategic University Partnership team, within the GF Labs External R&D organization. The role will drive, scale, and manage university workforce development initiatives with our strategic university partners. This role has strong growth potential into managing Regional University partner relationships.
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Drive, scale, and manage new and ongoing university workforce development initiatives, such as overseeing capstone projects, managing an advisory bench for curriculum asks, and leveraging professorships to increase student reach.
- Analyze and track GF’s university workforce development initiatives and investments, and make recommendations to get the best value out.
- Increase tracking efficiency using dashboards, analytics, and AI
- Plan and execute onsite visits for university students and faculty.
- Engage in external university workforce development events in the region.
- Work cross-functionally with the University Recruiting team and workforce development stakeholders within the business.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education – Graduating with Master’s in Business Administration, Industrial Labor Relations, or related field from an accredited degree program.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
- Travel - Up to 10% locally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior related internship or co-op experience.
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Strong relationship management skills with external partners

Expected Salary Range
$54,400.00 - $100,100.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
