Case Aid I
Department: Intensive Foster Care Location: Evansville, INCase Aid � Foster Care
Salary: $33,000 - $38,000
We are hiring for a new Case Aid to be part of a transformative team working with in our Intensive Foster Care Program. This role will provide client-centered and effective services to children and their families to increase permanency and create safe and nurturing environments!
As a Case Aid you will:
- Provide information, transportation, and other support services to meet the needs of the children and foster, respite, and kinship families
- Work with others as part of a larger team on intensive foster care cases and assist with team needs as directed
- Develop and utilize knowledge of resources and services available in the community and connect the child and family with those partners.
- Completes reports and documentation in a timely manner according to organizational and contract standards
- Demonstrate self-motivation to assure contact expectations for each family and caseload are met.
- Provide Standard Visitation Supervision as needed for each child, including but not limited to coordinating visitation with sibling groups in the same or other homes.
On call hours are required including nights and weekends
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year experience with school services, child development, social services, and/or child welfare
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor�s degree
