We are looking for an experienced Telco Channel Sales Representative to join Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) in Spain. This is a permanent position focused on developing and managing relationships with key telco partners — primarily Telefónica, Vodafone, Orange, and related entities. The role requires a strong background in channel management within the IT industry, with proven experience driving business growth through strategic partner engagement.You will manage sales-out activities, pipeline and gap analysis, and develop strategic plans to maximize partner performance. The position involves regular interaction with senior executives at partner organizations and collaboration with Lenovo’s internal teams to ensure Lenovo remains a preferred technology partner. Occasional domestic travel may be required.Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with assigned telco partners, with a primary focus on Telefónica, Vodafone, and Orange. Develop and execute strategic engagement plans for each partner, aligned with Lenovo’s ISG business objectives. Lead sales-out management, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, and gap analysis. Conduct quarterly business reviews and ensure alignment with partners’ strategic priorities. Educate and enable partners on Lenovo’s ISG portfolio through training and communications. Identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and drive them to successful closure. Leverage business intelligence to assess market trends, competitor activity, and ROI for partners. Collaborate with cross-functional Lenovo teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for partner needs. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum 7 years’ experience in business development or channel management within the IT industry, specifically in servers, storage, networking, and related ISG technologies. Proven track record in channel sales of solutions and services, not only hardware products. Strong network and working knowledge of Spanish telco sector Experience with major vendors or distributors Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage executives and technical teams. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
