Hybrid Educational Assistant - Preschool - Westonka Community Education and Services bei Westonka Public Schools

Qualifications:
High school diploma and preferably 1-2 years of college in a  related field. Experience with preschool age children strongly preferred, along with flexibility and a willingness to nurture and guide children in a group setting. Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with diverse groups of people.

General Nature of Job:
Assist the classroom teacher with preschool children in learning activities. Prepare materials for classroom instruction, assist with self-help skills, classroom management, organization and cleanliness.  Interact with parents and parent involvement activities. Assist with other duties as assigned by the preschool teacher and program coordinator. Work Schedule:  Mondays-Fridays, 8:00am-4:00pm approximately
