- Coordinate and manage provider schedules, including daily audits, cancellations, and weekly distribution of schedules.
- Serve as the main point of contact for provider communications via phone and email, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Maintain department records and spreadsheets, including accurate entry of provider time in WATS and payroll systems.
- Facilitate provider travel arrangements and monitor the provider relations inbox for timely responses.
- Support the development and implementation of company-wide Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
- Assist the Scheduling Operations Manager with special projects and perform additional administrative tasks as needed, including occasional overtime.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of clerical or administrative experience
- Prior experience in scheduling or provider relations preferred
