Job Purpose:
The Project Manager, utilizing Agile methodologies, is responsible for requirements gathering, project and service delivery, and oversight of Network, Voice, Security Platform, and IAM projects and ongoing services. This includes creating RTE/SOWs, tracking and reporting status via Digital AI/Jira, and fulfilling the role of Change & Release Manager for CBTS using customer Change Management processes within ServiceNow.

Additional duties include leading change coordination meetings, addressing conflicts, providing reports, and participating in after-hours/weekend change implementations to ensure success. The role also requires creating business and technical presentations, managing invoicing, running stand-ups, and performing Scrum Master responsibilities.


Essential Functions:

  • Lead continuous improvement teams.
  • Apply knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Information Security, and Service Management disciplines.
  • Gather and report metrics.
  • Conduct requirements gathering.
  • Develop and own project charters and project plans.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing communicator.
  • Manage risk and escalate issues internally and externally.
  • Oversee budgets and resource allocation/utilization.
  • Manage stakeholders and vendors.
  • Coordinate and manage changes and releases.
  • Work onsite to provide “hands and feet” support.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years total professional experience.
  • 2–3 years as a Scrum Master.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:

  • Project Management certification (or equivalent) required.
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • PSM I Certification.
  • SAFe 5 Agilist (SA) Certification.
  • Agile with Atlassian Jira Certification.

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Self-directed with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Experience in IT Networking, Voice, and Information Security (preferred).
  • ServiceNow experience.

Work Environment:

  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM ET, with after-hours/weekend work as required.
  • Work location: Customer site 4–5 days/week in Cincinnati, OH (Downtown and Madisonville).
  • Must be able to provide “hands and feet” support within 50 miles of downtown Cincinnati.
