Summary:
The Document Control Specialist will store, manage, and maintain company documents, while ensuring the accuracy and quality of them. This job includes tasks such as processing documents for revision and approval and organizing documents from conception to distribution and filing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development of process documentation.
- Supervise and assist company personnel in correct document structure and formatting.
- Maintain, organize, scan and file company records (validations, batch records, test data, etc.)
- Manage the day to day use of the electronic quality management system document control module.
- Detail-Oriented – assess the accuracy of documents, and be able to spot problems and errors, and resolve any queries with the appropriate department.
- Organizational Skills – This job requires high levels of organization, as documents need to be filed in a way that makes it easy for them to be found later. Effective planning and file management is vital to this role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience Required:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer skills (specifically MS Word, MS Excel, and SharePoint).
- Experience with electronic Quality Management systems preferred.

Language Skills:
- English required, bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Position requires walking, standing for prolonged periods, occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. May frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Non-temperature-controlled warehouse, non-temperature-controlled production floor, temperature-controlled office.
