Pay Rate: $15.25/hour

Are you an experienced skater who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment? Join our team this winter as a Skate Guard at Middlesex County’s seasonal outdoor ice rink in Edison!

We’re looking for friendly, responsible, and skilled skaters to help keep our rink safe and enjoyable for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor skaters and enforce safety rules both on and off the ice

• Provide excellent customer service and assist patrons as needed

• Perform emergency stops and navigate crowded rinks with confidence

Qualifications:

• Strong skating ability, including:

  • Forward and backward crossovers

  • Ability to stop abruptly in both directions

• Must be available to work weeknights, weekends, and school holidays from mid-November through March.

  • Must pass drug screen and background check.
