Hybrid Youth Service Supervisor bei Clay County

We are currently looking for candidates to fill a Youth Services Supervisor opening for the Clay County juvenile detention. The Youth Service Supervisor is responsible for managing the activities of the staff on their shift.  They are to ensure their staff is managing the daily living for residents by guiding, teaching, and correcting the residents according to the guidelines and policies of the program.  The employee provides leadership to their staff members and residents and develops effective rapport, resolves problems, communicates clearly, and utilizes conflict resolution skills. 

Our currently open position will work Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 pm - 12:00 am. Candidate must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalency, a valid driver’s license, and liability insurance.
