Position Overview:
As a Field Marketing Leader, you manage and grow our Home Depot lead generation program across multiple locations in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, and Racine counties. Your role is to develop strong relationships with store associates, coach them on lead-generation strategies, and personally generate quality appointments for our in-home sales team. customers. This involves visiting stores, working with associates on how to drive leads to us, and work with Home Depot management to align goals for store leads. You will also be talking to potential customers and demonstrating to Home Depot employees how to approach and converse with their customers in Home Depot to gather leads.
This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional people skills, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate and develop teams while ensuring lead quality and program success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot store management and associates.
Train and coach Home Depot associates to improve lead generation effectiveness
Personally generate leads and appointments for our in-home sales team
Ensure all leads are submitted through WinGen to maintain quality control
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize lead conversions
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training additional lead generators
Monitor and improve overall program performance through data-driven decision-making
Balance time effectively by shifting focus from direct lead generation to training and management as the team expands
Compensation & Performance Expectations:
Base Salary: $52,000 - $70,000
Monthly performance-based bonuses (Top earning potential: $200K+)
Bonuses and total compensation are a function of:
Ran appointments (not just submitted leads)
Total revenue generated through the Home Depot program
The compensation structure remains unchanged for now but maybe revisited if an increase in unbookable leads is observed through WinGen
Qualifications & Expectations:
5+ years of experience in multi-site sales, marketing, or operations management
Proven ability to train and motivate teams to drive sales and lead generation
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset
Reliable transportation to travel between store locations
Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a non-standard schedule, including some Saturdays
