Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Associate Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our Strategic Relations team. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to execute cross-enterprise growth strategies between our network of distribution partners, broker/dealers, and financial professionals. This is a hybrid role, candidates should be located in either St Cloud, MN or Dallas, TX.

 

What you will do:

  • Support the primary liaisons managing Cetera Financial Group’s relationships with strategic distribution partners representing various product lines.

  • Execute plans between all Cetera Financial Group business units, Broker Dealers, and strategic partners to drive sales and asset growth. Track and report metrics.

  • Source educational materials and maintain inventory of educational materials from strategic partners that support Cetera Financial Group’s strategic growth initiatives and educational events. 

  • Contribute to advisor-facing event planning in which Strategic Partners are present to procure all information and collateral by specified deadlines.

  • Lead tactical execution of Strategic Partner webinars, advisor news, advertising review, surveys, and data gathering. 

  • Compile and distribute corporate communications to Strategic Partners.

 

 

What you need to have:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial services profession

  • Keen understanding of core product offerings, distribution, platforms, and channel marketing 

  • Strong interpersonal, communications, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized and responsive

  • At least 2 years of experience managing external distributor or vendor relationships.

  • Distribution, sales, and/or product management experience

Compensation: 

The base annual salary range for this role is $24.05 to $36.55 an hour, plus a competitive performance-based bonus.  Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
