About the role
- First Point of Contact: Welcoming clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Switchboard Management: Operating the switchboard efficiently, handling calls, and taking accurate messages.
- Meeting Room Coordination: Managing bookings, setting up IT equipment, and organizing refreshments.
- Reception & Office Maintenance: Keeping reception and common areas tidy and presentable, ensuring a polished and professional environment.
- Assisting the Lead receptionist with Catering & Events: Coordinating breakfast/lunch meetings, small internal events, and external restaurant bookings.
- Mail & Deliveries: Processing incoming and outgoing post, including special deliveries and couriers.
- Supplies & Stock Management: Ensuring are client floor facilities are fully stocked and replenished
- Stationery management
- Administrative Support: Assisting with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and office management responsibilities, including health and safety initiatives.
