In this role, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation, benefits, and well-being programs that attract, retain, and care for our workforce. You’ll ensure our Total Rewards and HR Systems teams work hand-in-hand to deliver an exceptional employee experience, while partnering with senior HR leadership to keep our programs competitive, compliant, and mission-driven.

As the Director, Total Rewards, you'll get to:
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to deliver high-quality Total Rewards and HR Systems services.
- Partner with senior HR leaders to design and implement strategic plans and initiatives supporting compensation, benefits, well-being, and HR systems.
- Oversee job analysis, job descriptions, market data reviews, salary grades, and FLSA classifications.
- Manage system-wide compensation and benefits programs, including annual merit and salary planning.
- Direct the administration of employee benefit programs, wellness initiatives, service awards, leave of absence, and disability programs.
- Oversee relationships with consultants, vendors, and service providers to ensure optimal performance and value.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, filings, and reporting requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant
