The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing supply chain processes. Act in the circulation of goods, raw materials, services and Stocks management in order to guarantee maximum efficiency for the company. Develop new suppliers of raw materials, general materials, transport and services. Work in cost reduction of raw materials, services and inventory value.

Role purpose and key responsibilities
- Create purchasing orders of raw materials and services to attend factory needs. Inserting orders in SAP system.
- Create purchasing requisitions, followed by quoting, management of orders / purchase orders, further confirmation and follow-up. Inserting orders in SAP system.
- Follow the schedule of delivery of materials and services to suppliers to ensure compliance with the stipulated deadlines. Contact suppliers whenever there is a delay or possibility of delay.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor purchasing, transportation, inventory and distribution activities.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, service levels and regulatory compliance.
- Lead teams involved in logistics, inventory and purchasing.
- Follow up the importation processes along with the comex professional. Assist in issues involving Customs and Anvisa.
- Coordinate the tasks of receiving, moving, and inventory administration of the internal warehouse auxiliary.
- Continually update the management information worksheets.
- Achieve the performance indicators (KPI of purchases, service providers, lead times, etc.) according to the objectives of the organization
Requirements and qualifications you will need to be successful
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and at least, 2 years of experience leading a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Tactical and strategic vision of the business.
- Ability to evaluate problems and solutions in terms of financial impact, cost reduction and strategic impact.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Strategic vision in purchasing planning with a focus on cost reduction.
- Domain of legal principles related to the purchase of goods and contracting of services and ability to draw up contracts.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), advanced Excel and planning tools.

- Up to 25% travel within region.

- Indefinite-term - Regular LivaNova contract.
