About the Role:

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of clinical services to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, coordinating clinical activities, and implementing policies that align with regulatory standards and organizational goals. The Clinic Manager will work closely with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes, improve service efficiency, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, this position requires strategic planning to support continuous improvement initiatives and resource management within the clinic setting. Ultimately, the Clinic Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a patient-centered environment that promotes safety, effectiveness, and compassionate care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Committed to serving the uninsured and underserved populations
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, i.e., EPIC, and healthcare management software.
  • Assures compliance with TCC policies and procedures and regulatory agency rules and regulations
  • Promotes positive relationships with community agencies, other departments and patients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in family health or community health settings.
  • Certification in healthcare management or leadership (e.g., Certified Medical Manager, Certified Healthcare Manager).
  • Familiarity with patient-centered care models and population health management.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing clinical quality improvement projects.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow and adherence to established protocols and standards.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans and address clinical challenges.
  • Monitor clinical quality indicators and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and service delivery.
  • Assist in preparation of budgets, resources, and scheduling to support operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and senior management to communicate needs, challenges, and progress.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of clinical activities for regulatory compliance and organizational review.
