Benton County, Oregon, is seeking a Primary Care Division Director for the Community Health Centers (CHC) of Benton and Linn Counties.

Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties (CHC)
The Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties (CHC) opened as an FQHC in 2004. It is the medical home for over 9,200 patients across six clinics. The Community Health Centers provide physical, behavioral, and oral health care as well as addiction services. The CHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. A sliding fee scale and assistance accessing coverage is available for people without insurance. more efficiently and effectively.

- Note: salary placement will be based on your level of directly related experience and education consistent with Oregon's pay equity law.

An Increase may be given at the end of the 6-month probationary period and at the 1-year anniversary, as long as your performance is in good standing! Annual performance-based increases are given until the maximum of the salary range is reached.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration or primary care service delivery, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing primary care services, budgeting, quality improvement, staff development, and handling FTCA claims processes.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for primary care, including PCPCH standards.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Skilled in change management and conflict resolution.
- Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
