DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management 
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and direct outreach. 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support hiring needs. 
  • Ensure all candidate profiles in ATS are updated with key details. 
  • Facilitate scheduling of first interviews. 
Collaboration & Strategy 
  • Work closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and provide weekly updates on pipeline progress. 
  • Identify process improvements to streamline recruiting efforts and enhance candidate experience. 
  • Share best practices across recruiting teams to optimize sourcing and outreach efforts. 
Data & Reporting 
  • Track and report weekly screening and referral numbers. 
  • Provide data-driven insights to help sales leaders understand their hiring pipeline and make informed decisions. 
  • Monitor recruiting trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly. 
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and candidate engagement. 
  • Strong relationship-building skills with sales leaders and hiring managers. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in Jobvite or similar ATS systems. 
  • Possesses a good understanding of markets trends, competition, supply, and demand. 
  • An expert recruiting skill set to include hands-on knowledge of various sourcing channels and the ability to utilize the most effective channels to source and generate qualified candidates. 
  • Possesses knowledge of talent mapping methodologies.
