- Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support hiring needs.
- Ensure all candidate profiles in ATS are updated with key details.
- Facilitate scheduling of first interviews.
- Work closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and provide weekly updates on pipeline progress.
- Identify process improvements to streamline recruiting efforts and enhance candidate experience.
- Share best practices across recruiting teams to optimize sourcing and outreach efforts.
- Track and report weekly screening and referral numbers.
- Provide data-driven insights to help sales leaders understand their hiring pipeline and make informed decisions.
- Monitor recruiting trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and candidate engagement.
- Strong relationship-building skills with sales leaders and hiring managers.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Jobvite or similar ATS systems.
- Possesses a good understanding of markets trends, competition, supply, and demand.
- An expert recruiting skill set to include hands-on knowledge of various sourcing channels and the ability to utilize the most effective channels to source and generate qualified candidates.
