We’re looking for a business transition case manager to join our ranks. Do you have an unwavering attention to service and impressive problem-solving skills? We seek to add a top-notch, self-motivated, empathetic and detailed case manager to our team, which supports our advisors during the pivotal time when they decide to buy, sell, or merge a practice. The transition team ensures the entire process is orchestrated and executed seamlessly from start to finish. Simply put, we are in the business of making great first impressions that lead to lasting relationships.
In your role as case manager, you will strategize with advisors and key departments across the firm to develop and execute the transition plan. You will be the advisor’s main point of contact, answering questions and collaborating with your team and others to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with and educate advisors in the event of a major change, such as retirement or a buyout, to help them manage the transition of their business
- Serve as a relationship manager, primary point of contact, and escalation resource for advisors
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members and liaisons across the firm
- Manage questions on a wide variety of topics, such as operations, compensation, compliance, licensing, and technology
- Consult on business transition structures for operational feasibility
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with advisors and their staff as you guide them through the transition process
- Coordinate regular calls with advisors and/or internal staff to discuss all details of a business transition as needed
- Stay abreast of new resources, products, procedures, industry news, and regulations
- Actively participate in and lead a variety of departmental projects

Additional Skills and Knowledge
- 3 to 5 years of financial services experience
- Experience with other financial firms and custodians
- FINRA Series 7 securities registration a plus
