We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), so if you're familiar with Rocks, Scorecards,

electrical, etc.)
• Oversee building safety, cleanliness, and code compliance
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules
Project Management

• Keep projects on time and on budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
Vendor & Outsourced Services
• Manage third-party contracts (landscaping, IT, waste, etc.)
• Hold vendors accountable to service levels
• Continuously seek quality improvements and cost savings
Construction Oversight
• Lead construction and capital improvement projects
• Coordinate with contractors and inspectors
• Ensure compliance with permits and safety standards
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in facility, operations, or construction management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience managing vendors and facility-related projects
Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems
Skilled in basic project management tools and practices
Able to prioritize, stay organized, and follow through
Bonus: Experience working in a company that uses EOS
What We Offer:
