Hybrid Library Page - Part time/Seasonal bei City of Friendswood

The City of Friendswood is currently accepting applications for a part-time/seasonal Library Page, in the Library Department. This position will shelve books and audio-visual materials; to keep the library's shelves neat, and to assist at the front desk as needed.

Work Performed:

• Shelves books and other materials, in numerical or alphabetical order.
• "Reads" shelves to assure books are in order.
• Straightens library at closing, by picking up all items that have been left lying on tables, etc. and performing "in-house check-in".
• Assists in securing the building at closing.
• Assists at checkout desk and drive-through window as scheduled or called upon.

Education and Experience: Some high school, diploma or G.E.D preferred. Must be available to work one Saturday a month and at least two nights per week from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
