POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Technology Consultant’s activities include configuration and testing of solutions for large enterprise engagements. The Senior Technology Consultant guides the technical design to ensure the project is completed according to agreed objectives, project plan, scope, budgeted effort and committed time frame. The key part of the role is to enable clients to quickly receive value from their purchased Qualtrics products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide technical expertise with Qualtrics Platform and various integrations
• Play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of services, demonstrating the value we can provide.
• Participate in total account management activities including but not limited to completing intake forms, change orders, SOW updates, etc.
• Configure and test solutions, assist with survey programming, build dashboards, ticket workflows and program integrations.
• Ensure projects are completed according to objectives, project plan, scope, budget and timeline
• Work on complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment
• Train clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Platform and related integrations.
• Gather technical requirements and understand timelines and deliverables from assigned client
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and manage the project to completion
• Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations
• Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies
• Support sales team in scoping solutions for potential customers to meet their technical and functional needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Mathematics, Informatics, Psychology, Sociology, or related field or relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications, and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs
• Proficiency with the Qualtrics Platform or similar customer/employee management platform
• Experience in pre-sales consulting preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong teamwork, negotiation, and collaboration skills
• Excellent strategic thinking, adaptability, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated assertiveness and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience with work operating systems and enterprise resource planning platforms helpful (Monday.com and SAP ByDesign preferred)
• This role requires the ability to travel to client sites, with an expected frequency of approximately once per month.
