Site Lead - Evening Janitorial Supervisor
Location: Toledo, OH 43611
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-1:00 AM (occasional weekend shifts)

Clean Team is hiring a dependable Site Lead to manage evening cleaning operations and keep our client's facility in top condition. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll clean, inspect, and guide the team to meet and exceed quality standards every night.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete nightly janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal

• Cover tasks for absent team members when needed

• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure all areas meet client expectations

• Refill soap, paper towels, and restroom supplies

• Maintain organized janitorial closets, change vacuum bags, refill chemical bottles, and properly store mops and equipment

• Communicate supply, chemical, or equipment needs to the Area Manager

• Secure the building: turn off lights, set alarms, and lock all doors

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
