What to expect

As a Postmaster inclusion Co-ordinator, you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role. The Postmaster Inclusion Co-Ordinator is a key member of the Operational Support team, responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the Post Office behaviours, and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset. The Postmaster Inclusion Co-Ordinator will demonstrate their expertise in organisational skills and engagement, following best practice for Postmaster inclusion.

The Postmaster Inclusion Co-Ordinator will have a dotted line to the Postmaster Experience Director providing essential facilitation for Postmaster meetings, engaging with internal and external stakeholders including Postmasters, subject matter experts and C-Level employees. They will also be responsible for  governance which ensures compliance with partner contracts, regulation and the terms of reference for forums such as the Postmaster Panel. It is likely the role will also take on other Postmaster engagement / forum responsibilities.

They will act as a main point of contact for the Postmaster Experience Director, and Postmaster forum chairs and leads, they will support a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Coordinator with excellent Operational experience.
Experience and Qualifications
•    Proven experience collaborating with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
•    Applied expertise across relevant tools, systems, and procedures, to achieve business results, whilst demonstrating drive towards continuous improvement.
•    Demonstrable experience of completing assignments to a high quality to achieve objectives and key results.
•    Experience of working in high pressure environments with composed ability to deliver high quality work.
•    Demonstrable experience of assessing priorities to meet urgent demands
•    Post Office field and central Operational experience with experience of how the business is functioning today.

 

Skills and Capabilities
•    Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and network across Post Office to build connections. 
•    A true problem solver with the ability to make decisions and solve common problems whilst knowing when to escalate complex issues that may impact delivery.
