Hybrid Clerical Education Assistant at Northport Elementary bei Robbinsdale Area Schools

• Help parents, students and teachers
• Word processing as assigned.
• Answer phones in the office.
• Distribution of mail and other communication items as assigned.
• Provide testing support
• Assist in staff copying requests, use of copy machines.
• Supervision as needed.
• Work as part of a team.
• Assist with ongoing communcation with staff
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Able to attend work regularly and report to work in a timely manner.
• Ability to use the computer for word processing and database processing.
• Proficient in Google Docs
• Familiar with Infinite Campus
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of office equipment.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize duties.
• Must be comfortable with interruptions.
• Must be able to relate to staff, students and parents.
• Must understand and adhere to data privacy laws.
