Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in overseeing and participating in the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. Responsible for full cycle recruiting activities for professional and management level positions. Mentor and lead a small team of Talent Acquisition support staff. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience and to help drive efficient and strategic hiring initiatives across the organization.

- Manage and participate in full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation including generation of offer letters and other required new hire documents. Leverage diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. (40-50%)
- Provide leadership and coaching to a small team of Talent Acquisition support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. (20-30%)
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead and contribute to projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function. (20-25%)
- Support company branding initiatives to enhance HomeServices of America’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent outreach opportunities. (5-10%)
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. (5-10%)

Qualifications
Education:
- Associate degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years’ full cycle recruiting experience.
- 1+ years’ supervisory or team leadership experience, demonstrated mentoring or leading recruitment teams, preferred.
- Proven success in high-volume or large-scale hiring initiatives.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools and techniques, and company branding best practices.
- Working knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws as it relates to recruitment to ensure employment actions and programs are in compliance.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (UKG Recruiting preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and expeditiously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision making.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
- PHR certification preferred.
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours interviews as needed to best meet candidate needs.
Wage: $90,000 - $118,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
Location: This position is open to remote work hiring within the U.S. mainland, or if the candidate is local to the Twin Cities, MN home office, will be on-site at this location with work from home flexibility.
