Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
- Ensure safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Support residents with physical activities, such as ROM exercises and mobility assistance.
- Accurately document care provided and observations.
- Participate in training, quality improvement, and team collaboration.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or be willing to obtain certification within three months of hire.
- Experience: Experience working with individuals with severe disabilities is preferred but not required.

- Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to actively engage in physical and therapeutic activities, including mobility and pool programs.

- Commitment to ongoing education and training (12 hours of continuing education annually).
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting and assisting residents.
