 S³, Inc. has an opening for an International Program Analyst to provide support to our STORM Technical contract at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Description: 

The International Program Analyst will serve as a Program Analyst within the International Programs (IP) Directorate, Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office. Position will be primarily focused on providing support to procurement and contracting activities related to the development, execution, and delivery of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts. Will also provide support for scheduling and timing of FMS efforts within the IP Directorate.

Responsibilities:

·         Track program actions items for reporting and providing assistance to government leads for country specific efforts.

·         Coordinate between PMO functional areas and Product Offices, provide regular status updates to leadership, perform database research, and provide data summaries.

·         Provide support to the IP leads for country specific program reviews, meetings, and dialogues.

·         Organize meetings/engagements, take minutes/notes, and record meeting documentation needs.

·         Create briefing materials for leadership.

·         Monitor funds and track schedules for training, meetings, and deliveries.

·         Create documents, correspondence, and memos for leaderships review.

·         Perform financial reporting, and budgeting processes.

·         Manage and update data and track to completion.

Qualifications:

·         Current Secret or higher DoD security clearance.

·         Masters’ degree and 8 years of experience, a Bachelors’ Degree and 10 years of experience, or a HS diploma and 14 years of experience.

·         6 or more years of experience working in an Army Program Office.

·         6 or more years of experience scheduling and timing critical functions in support of an Army Program.

·         6 or more years of experience tracking critical action items and reporting status to government leads.

·         6 or more years of experience supporting program reviews and meetings, as well as organizing the meetings and developing summary level minutes.

·         2 or more years of experience supporting FMS/Cooperative efforts and coordinating critical engagements and periodic reviews.

·         2 or more years of experience briefing leadership on FMS/Cooperative efforts and Project management leadership on significant issues/progress/status.

·         Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
