Role: Early Years Apprentice 

Location: Norwich, Norfolk 

Salary:  £15,747 per annum  

Contract/Hours: Temporary Full Time – 40 hours per week (with the potential of staying once qualified) 

Closing date: Midnight on Thursday the 28th of August 2025.

A bit about the role  

Spring Milecross is passionate about providing the best possible start for children aged 3 months- 5 years, adapting and growing to meet each child’s needs. We strive to create a love of reading within our setting, supporting children and families through our reading room and well thought out learning opportunities. Our curriculum is all about fostering independence, supporting children to be leaders of their own learning to set them up for school and beyond. We are committed to ensuring that children with SEN are highly supported and included in everything that we do, supporting children to learn about being individuals and celebrating even the smallest of achievements.  

We are looking for an Early Years Apprentice, to support the children to explore and discover their own creativity, individuality, and imagination within our nurturing, engaging and safe environments.

  • Building partnerships with parents / carers, families and professionals involved with the children to achieve the best possible outcome for each child.
