As a Campus & Experienced Talent Recruiter, Return-to-Work Program, you’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that works closely with senior leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to shape and execute strategies for bringing the brightest future talent to Pega—while delivering a best-in-class candidate and intern experience.

In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of Global Emerging Talent Programs and the Talent Attraction Lead to attract, recruit, and retain early-career, emerging, and experienced talent.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Full-Cycle Campus & Experienced Talent Recruiting

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and high-impact roles across North America—from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and HRBPs to develop and execute strategic hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.
  • Use data and insights to track progress and improve recruitment strategies.

Internship Program Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with the Global Emerging Talent Lead on strategic projects and program management, development and enhancements.
  • Manage Pega’s North America internship program, including supporting onboarding, manager/mentor training, and events as needed.
  • Share best practices and insights with colleagues to elevate the global internship and early talent strategy.
  • Support employer branding, program-related initiatives, and cross-team recruitment projects as needed.
