We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech for assignment in Raymond, Ohio. The selected candidate will perform general maintenance and a variety of other duties relative to facility maintenance.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
** This is a 2nd Shift Position **
Responsibilities:- General maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, lighting and basic electrical and mechanical components
- Complete general building repairs including repair of walls, doors, floors, etc.
- Complete repairs to plumbing systems; including fixing leaks and stoppages, repair or replacement of sinks, piping, valves, drains and toilets
- Repairs and maintains lighting systems
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repairs
- Plans repair work using building blueprints or equipment manuals as needed
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
- Event set ups such as tents, tables and chairs
- Performs other related duties assigned
Qualifications:- High School DIploma or GED
- A valid Drivers License
- 5+ years of facility maintenance experience in an industrial or commercial environment
- Experience with Plumbing Maintenance
- Basic Electrical and Mechanical Skills
- Experience with Lock-out/Tag-out
