We're looking for a Senior Recruiter with proven success in the mortgage/lending industry to lead full-cycle recruiting across sales and operations. You’ll focus on high-volume hiring for roles like loan officers, processors, underwriters, and operational support — while targeting top talent from both inside and outside the industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements across mortgage sales and lending operations.
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent through strategic outreach, networking, and industry connections using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain an organized ATS and a robust candidate pipeline for critical roles.
  • Track recruitment metrics and deliver regular reports on hiring progress.
  • Ensure all hiring practices align with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards, and the company careers page.
  • Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Represent Park Place Finance at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting conferences.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and help drive DEI initiatives in all recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Required: Proven recruiting experience in the mortgage or lending industry.
  • Demonstrated success hiring both sales roles (loan officers, account executives) and operations roles (processors, underwriters, closers, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workable, and other tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc) and recruiting analytics.
  • Established network within the mortgage/lending industry preferred.
