Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Location Manager to oversee the daily operations of both our marina and cottage accommodations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage diverse teams, ensure top-tier customer experiences, maintain facilities, and keep operations running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Marina Operations
  • Oversee daily marina operations, including staff management (dockhands, customer service representatives, sales clerks, etc.)
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage reservation systems
  • Ensure facilities and docks are properly maintained
  • Maintain and oversee the rental boat fleet
  • Ensure safety and environmental compliance
  • Plan and coordinate marina-related events
  • Develop and maintain emergency preparedness procedures
  • Cottage Operations
  • Manage daily operations of on-site cottages, including staff oversight (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
  • Maintain cottages and shared facilities to high standards
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships for property upkeep and repairs
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and oversee check-in/check-out processes

 

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Proficiency with technology and reservation systems
  • Previous hospitality experience required
  • Marina experience preferred but not required
