Your Role

You’ll manage complex cases from start to finish, working closely with managers and employees while ensuring your advice aligns with local laws and company policies. Spotting trends and uncovering opportunities, you’ll drive improvements that enhance the employee experience and boost capability. Your input will also shape key projects and refine our service model, delivering faster, smarter support for everyone. 

Providing people leader training on employee relations matters including misconduct and performance management.

This is a twelve month fixed term contract based in Gadigal Country (Sydney). 

About You 

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an ER or employment law role 

  • Solid knowledge of employment relations frameworks and employment legislation 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills 

  • Tertiary qualification/s in Human Resources preferred 

  • Previous experience working within the insurance or financial services industry preferred
